After observing my clients’ frustrations with the conventional design-bid-build methodology on multiple occasions, I decided to develop a different method that would eliminate excessive design and substantially shorten the planning/permitting process. As a result, we offer our clients a seamless, economical, faster and smarter design-build method that greatly enhances the building experience in a positive and rewarding way.
